Wonderful hotel for a 2 night stay! Had all the necessities. Room was clean and tidy, bathrooms were in good working condition, rooms had good AC and the TV had lots of stations. We were able to drop off our bags before Check-in and front desk was very nice and welcoming. We received 2 free bottles of water in our room upon arrival and there was a little tea set for nights. Breakfast was mid- nothing spectacular (boiled eggs, bread, pastries, croissants, tea). The bag drop area was a bit outdated but the room section of the hotel was more modern. It was very close to bus and train stations- 5/8 min walk tops and close to restaurants, supermarket and such in the Paddington area. Very safe area and close to the city Centre- we got to most of the main attractions within 20 min or so by public transit (with traffic). Overall a very good experience for a short stay!

Couldn't fault it, exactly what you need in a Hotel, admittedly we literally used it to sleep in, didn't use any of the facilities like the bar or food. The room was a reasonable size. Good to see an ironing board and iron plus a fan in the wardrobe if needed. The area is great for places to eat. The Italian cafe opposite was great for breakfast and an Italian Restaurant towards Paddington Tube station was also really good. Other types of cuisine available so would definitely find something to suit any taste.

Very good location, a short walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park. It's a simple and old hotel, you get what you pay for and now more but since we used it only for sleeping it was all we needed. What is good is that it's in a quiet area so we could sleep well. I also liked the small selection of tea in the room which was re-filled every day. The breakfast is simple, for example only boiled egg and not scrambled or fried eggs but again here you get what you pay for 8 GBP.

Staff were always friendly and offered help with anything we needed. When checking out they offered the store room for our bags which helped alot due to our train not leaving for anither 10 hours. The room was perfect clean and had everything we needed. And the information book in our room told us everything we needed to know about meals, room service, and access to irons and hair dryers. We have already decided we will be staying here again next year.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff in all areas and a very clean hotel. Breakfast was good and they also sell some unique London souvenirs plus drinks and snacks. It is in an excellent a location so close to Paddington station (Tube, Elizabeth Line & National rail services) plus heaps of restaurants on the area. Will definitely stay here again when I return to London. Thank you team; you all do a super job.
